We target core-plus and value-add multifamily, student housing, manufactured housing, and build-for-rent single family properties. We look to re-brand, re-tenant, and renovate the properties to improve the bottom line through capital and operational best practices.

Development

On a selective basis we seek boutique infill locations to convert, re-developed, or develop multifamily, manufactured housing, or build-for-rent single family.

Location

Urban and close-in suburban locations that exhibit strong demographics in walkable locations with proximity to public transportation and CBD amenities.

Target markets

MSAs: Chicago, Tampa, Naples, Orlando, Austin

Size

$5 to $50 million project cost; larger for co-GP opportunities

Other

We will selectively provide co-general partner and limited partner equity alongside operators that are seeking to acquire or develop institutional quality assets.
