FIDES Capital Partners, LLC ("FIDES") announced today their recent engagement as the exclusive financial advisor to an acquirer and operator of student housing properties. FIDES will work side-by-side with its client to identify investors who will provide equity and mezzanine financing to acquire and reposition student housing properties at campuses in the Southeast.
