FIDES Capital Partners, LLC ("FIDES") announces that it has arranged the senior debt financing for the acquisition of a $23 million, 206-bed student housing project at the University of Texas - Austin. Greg Longoria of FIDES said, "We needed a lender that could close in just over 30 days, while also understanding the operational synergies that could be realized. Even though this was a newly developed Class A asset, there was still a fair amount of upside remaining on the leasing side."
