FIDES Capital Partners, LLC (“FIDES”)  has been retained by a sponsor to raise $175mm of capital for the acquisition of a Class A office asset in the Southeast.  FIDES’ role includes raising  both the equity and debt for the transaction.  This asset will allow the sponsor to combine an existing owned asset with the acquired property to leverage its relationships to drive incremental value in the property.  “This is a very interesting transaction that combines the presence of a class-A asset in a fast-growing CBD with the potential to add value through incremental enhancements to the property that are driven by the sponsor’s unique knowledge of the market” said Peter Suazo.
