FIDES Capital Partners, LLC (“FIDES”) announces that it has served as capital advisor to a client in the manufactured housing sector. Greg Longoria the founder of FIDES said, “We are our very pleased that our client has partnered with such a dynamic and institutional investor. About two-thirds of our business is in the housing space, so we have knowledge of this sector and believe that the long-term fundamentals are very compelling.” FIDES says the client will utilize the equity to grow an institutional size manufactured housing portfolio that will focus predominantly on value-add, but will also include some core assets.
