The client specializes in acquiring, renovating and managing workforce housing properties in the Southwestern United States. “Our client is growing rapidly and needed some outside help to leverage their existing resources. We bring significant knowledge about what information institutional investors expect to see and how they want to see it. We understand the tension between an internal property management and asset management function, and we know how to create business processes to bridge those functions.
