FIDES Capital Partners, LLC ("FIDES") served as the equity capital markets advisor to a student housing developer on the financing of a $100 million ground-up class “A” student housing development project at University of Wisconsin - Madison. “Some of the professionals from our investor went to Wisconsin’s real estate school, so they all understood the unique location of this adjacent to campus site. This is a 539-bed community right across the street from campus,” said Greg Longoria of FIDES. “FIDES was involved in identifying both the Co-GP and institutional JV equity financing.”
