FIDES Capital Partners, LLC ("FIDES") served as the equity capital markets advisor to a student housing developer on the financing of a $122 million ground-up class “A” student housing development project at Purdue University – West Lafayette. “Purdue is an extraordinarily tight market right now; every investor was interested in this opportunity.
